Terms & Conditions — ak71 Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "ak71" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the ak71 online betting and casino service operated at ak71.io and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ak71 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by you upon completion of the registration process on ak71.
• "Balance" refers to the total sum of real money funds held in your ak71 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-withdrawable funds credited to your account by ak71 as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total betting turnover a player must complete before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by ak71 prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• "Services" refers collectively to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, specialty games, and all other wagering products offered on the ak71 platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the time zone used for all time-stamped records on the ak71 platform.

2.1 Age Requirement. The ak71 platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. ak71 employs identity verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any balance therein will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ak71 platform is operated for players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to confirm that online gambling is permitted in your specific location before registering. ak71 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside the intended Bangladesh market.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on ak71. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing any restriction is a material breach of these Terms. ak71 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any funds derived from such activity.

2.4 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and notify ak71 promptly of any changes. ak71 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

2.5 Exclusions. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from the ak71 platform, or whose accounts have been closed by ak71 for breach of these Terms, are not permitted to re-register. Employees of ak71 and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts.

3.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. ak71 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a unique, strong password not shared with any other service.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ak71 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ak71 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Sharing. Sharing your ak71 account credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited. Each account is for the sole use of the registered account holder. Any wagering activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any other person to whom you have disclosed your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

3.4 Session Security. You are responsible for logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. ak71 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to end their session properly.

4.1 Verification Requirement. ak71 requires all players to complete a KYC verification process before any withdrawal request can be processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID). ak71 may additionally request proof of payment method ownership or proof of address where deemed necessary.

4.2 Timing of Verification. ak71 recommends that players complete KYC verification promptly after account creation rather than waiting until the time of a first withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times will not commence until KYC verification has been reviewed and approved by the ak71 compliance team.

4.3 Data Handling. All identity documents submitted as part of the KYC process are handled in accordance with the ak71 Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely with 256-bit SSL encryption and are not shared with third parties except where required to meet legal or regulatory obligations.

4.4 Right to Request Additional Documentation. ak71 reserves the right to request supplementary identity documentation at any time, including on accounts that have previously passed KYC. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until the outstanding documentation is received.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ak71 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and ak71 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with or without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on ak71 is ৳500 BDT. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method.

5.3 Deposit Currency. All deposits are accepted and held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ak71 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the payment provider prior to the deposit reaching ak71 are the sole responsibility of the player.

5.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ak71 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile financial service provider.

5.5 Source of Funds. By depositing funds on ak71, you confirm that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. ak71 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds for any deposit and to hold or return funds pending the outcome of such an investigation.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ak71 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the name of the account holder.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Time. ak71 targets a processing time of 15–30 minutes for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad following the approval of a withdrawal request. Processing times for Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard may vary. During periods of high withdrawal volume or where additional compliance checks are required, processing times may be extended. ak71 will communicate any material delays to the affected player via email.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds prior to satisfying the wagering requirement will result in the removal of the bonus and any associated winnings from the account balance.

6.5 Withdrawal Limits. ak71 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion. Players enrolled in the VIP programme at Gold or Platinum tier may be entitled to higher withdrawal limits as specified in the VIP programme terms.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards offered by ak71 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between the individual promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence solely with respect to the wagering and validity conditions of that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the account. Unmet wagering requirements after 30 days will result in automatic removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. ak71 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, hedging bets across markets to fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinated bonus exploitation involving multiple linked accounts. ak71 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where abuse is identified.

7.4 Promotional Amendments. ak71 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of its amendment or withdrawal will be treated in accordance with the terms that applied at the time of opt-in, where reasonably practicable.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet placed on the ak71 sportsbook is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. ak71 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where a price has been offered or accepted in error.

8.2 Palpable Errors. Where odds are published due to a manifest error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), ak71 reserves the right to void any bets placed at such odds, regardless of whether the event has concluded. A palpable error is defined as an odds price that is materially incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of posting, as determined by ak71 in its sole discretion.

8.3 Event Cancellation & Postponement. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time (Bangladesh Standard Time), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player balances. Exceptions apply to tournament outright markets where individual match results have already been incorporated into running prices.

8.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the live data feeds used by ak71. ak71 is not responsible for delays in live data transmission and will not compensate players for bets placed based on information that was already reflected in the live odds at the time of bet placement.

8.5 Maximum Payout. ak71 applies a maximum single-event payout of ৳5,00,000 BDT and a maximum accumulator payout of ৳10,00,000 BDT unless otherwise specified for a particular market. Winnings that would otherwise exceed this cap will be settled at the applicable maximum payout amount.

9.1 Game Providers. All casino games available on ak71 are supplied by independently certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by the respective provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of live dealers captured on camera. ak71 has no ability to modify game outcomes.

9.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game — including disconnection during a live dealer round, server interruption, or RNG failure — ak71 will endeavour to resolve the affected round using the game provider's official malfunction policy. Where a round cannot be resolved, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game are not guaranteed.

9.3 Game Rules. Individual casino game rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and side-bet availability are governed by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface. Players are advised to review these rules before placing real-money wagers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak71 platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one registered account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, game providers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the ak71 platform.
• Engaging in any form of systematic bonus abuse, including multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ak71 staff or other players through any communication channel.

11.1 Commitment. ak71 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the ak71 platform may do so at any time via account settings or by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, no new bets may be placed and no promotional communications will be sent to the excluded account.

Such restrictions are applied in the interest of player welfare and do not constitute a breach of the player's account agreement.

12.1 Ownership. All content on the ak71 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of ak71 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 Restricted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ak71 platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of any part of the ak71 platform without express written authorisation from ak71 is strictly prohibited.

12.3 Third-Party Marks. Game studio names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the ak71 platform (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe) are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on ak71 does not imply any affiliation beyond the existing commercial partnership between ak71 and those studios.

13.1 General Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak71 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business — arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the ak71 platform, even where ak71 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.2 Platform Availability. ak71 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, and service disruptions caused by third-party providers or force majeure events are outside the control of ak71. No compensation will be issued for losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.

13.3 Internet Connectivity. ak71 is not responsible for any loss arising from the player's internet connection failing during an active betting session or live casino round. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while using the platform.

13.4 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded, ak71's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time the incident occurred.

ak71 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on ak71, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ak71 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and stores player data on secure, access-controlled servers. Player data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and where required by legal or regulatory authority.

ak71 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ak71 will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account no fewer than 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the ak71 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a player does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to arrange the return of any eligible account balance before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ak71 platform. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ak71's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights that a player may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation.
